This systematic method dissects the evaluation of wine, spirits, or sake into appearance, nose, palate, and conclusion, supported by universal terminology.

Published across four progressive complexity levels as part of the four available WSET qualifications, this app is tailored for wines at level two. It suits individuals new to the SAT system as well as those who have completed WSET programs.
